After thoroughly researching and consulting with about eight wedding planners in the South Florida area, I knew that finding the right planner was one of the most crucial parts of the process—and after speaking with Christine, I knew it had to be her. I like to think the reason I earned the “chill bride” label in the lead-up to and on wedding day was because Christine handled everything behind the scenes with such care and precision. I firmly believe that solid planning is the key to avoiding stress, and thanks to Christine, that was absolutely the case for Tom and me. Christine was amazing! We cannot recommend her enough. We live in another state and she was so helpful in planning our wedding from afar. I have never met someone so organized and efficient. She guided us through the whole process, giving us feedback and helpful opinions at every stage. We got married at a brand new venue which had never held a wedding before so there were a ton of logistics and we had to basically start from scratch with a blank slate, and she thought of every detail. On the day of the wedding, she was extremely organized and removed any stress from us by taking the lead on coordinating every single thing. We put all our trust in her and it went perfectly. I cannot even begin to put into works how highly I think of Christine and her team! Christine made me feel as if I were the only bride she was working with. She made recommendations that I had never even thought of and was very honest with me when I had ideas that she felt would not compliment the day. In full transparency, I asked her recommendations on just about everything. I liked that she gave me the pros and cons of everything we discussed and respected my decisions. Most importantly, Christine was my biggest ADVOCATE when it came to working with vendors. What I found was that many vendors had conflicting ideas (all great, btw) of what our day should look like, but did not necessarily fall in line with what I was hoping for. Christine communicated on my behalf to make sure they knew what my dream day looked like AND made sure they listened. I am very type A and pride myself on being a planner. Christine takes this to the next level. Literally, the entire day was planned down to the minute. The day of our wedding there were a few minor hiccups, but I did not learn of them until after my honeymoon as they had been taken care of on my behalf. The team really takes the time to get to know you and your preferences, which is why they knew exactly how I would have wanted to handle any potential challenges. Basically, I want to plan a second wedding just to do it all again with Christine. She is a DREAM and you will be in great hands!
Christine is small but MIGHTY! She was there for advice and recommendations whenever we needed them. Her response time was out of this world, and she was always easily available. She came to our flower meeting and helped speak on our behalf when we felt uncomfortable doing so. She always came to us with her recommendations (vendor, décor, timeline, etc.), but also reminded us that if we felt enthusiastic about something she would always do what we preferred. We had last-minute changes due to the weather and she managed all the updates so quickly you would never have known there was a change. Throughout our entire process, she was super organized, detail-orientated, and had our day planned down to the minute. We greatly appreciate all of Christine's hard work, she made our day perfect and stress-free. You would never know she was working with multiple other couples at the same time as us, we highly recommend choosing Christine for your big day!
If you are planning a wedding anywhere near Christine, you need to hire her. When we woke up the day after our wedding, my wife’s first words to me were “can you imagine if we didn’t have Christine?” The answer is no. Christine is everything you can ever ask for in a wedding planner. Her attention to detail and responsiveness is insane. She always had an answer to our questions. She gave excellent advice when we asked for her opinion. Importantly, her guidance was always (1) in line with our overall vision and (2) definitive and clear. It always gave me great comfort that it seemed like she was extremely experienced and great at what she does. It was no surprise to me that my hunch was correct. Christine was so organized with the vendors. Her performance on wedding day was everything I hoped and more. Besides the fact that the day went perfectly and according to plan down to the minute on her timeline, Christine’s demeanor and guidance on the actual day was very comforting for me and my wife. Truthfully, my only regret is that we didn’t do the full package and that I literally didn’t hire her the day after I got engaged. She was worth every single penny and then some.
Christine played such a vital role in helping us to have the wedding of our dreams. We recently held my daughters destination wedding in Jupiter, FL, and Christine Olive from Olive & Ivory Events was our wedding planner. As the bride’s father (and keeper of the checkbook), I was skeptical of using a wedding planner. All I can say is that hiring Christine was probably the smartest thing we did! She worked with my wife and daughter for months on all aspects of the wedding, insuring that we were on top of everything and letting nothing fall through the cracks. But what impressed me the most was on the day of our wedding. She was at the venue, from beginning to end, making sure everyone (from vendors, to guests, to the bridal party) was on time and where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. She was also able to handle a couple of hiccups we had, without any interrupts to our schedule. We did not have to worry about anything as she made sure everything ran smoothly. Because of this we were able to truly enjoy the occasion and focus on our friends and family. I was very thankful for everything Christine did and I can’t recommend her highly enough to handle any wedding planning and the wedding event itself.
